Re:CONSTRUCTION offers sophisticated investors the opportunity to invest directly in our property development projects. Our sophisticated investor clients receive substantial returns well in excess of those offered by traditional banking institutions. Depending on the project requirements, we offer an interest return on capital invested, a gain share or a profit share or a combination. Some of our investors also choose to purchase property stock (the finished result of the development project) as part of their investment.

Our projects begin only after extensive research into the local area specific to the development such as local infrastructure, location, changes in the area and demand. Project locations are in the heart of well known areas around inner metro Melbourne, in suburbs like North Melbourne, Fitzroy and Yarraville. All investment proposals are given with accurate current market sales evidence. Capital growth over the duration of the development is never taken into account with our proposals.
Our investment analysis and property development process allows us to minimise risk through the acquisition, town planning and construction phases of each project and maximise value at the marketing and sales stage. We capture and codify knowledge and expertise, helping to control risk and making operations more efficient and effective. This enables us to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or profitability.
Our investors can meet and get to know the directors, who have “hands on” involvement in the business and they can visit the projects and inspect the sites as the development progresses. They are also regularly updated on the progress of the projects.
